Welcome to Hammock Dunes

Florida’s Atlantic Coast is synonymous with gorgeous beaches, sunshine, and high-end golf communities. Hammock Dunes Club, located within Palm Coast, Florida, is the epitome of this kind of lifestyle and more (and not to be confused with the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa).

Continually awarded and recognized by several retirement, resort, and lifestyle publications and associations, this ultra-luxurious, private gated golf community is just steps away from sand and surf. People desirous of a place to set down roots and indulge in daily golf routines on award-winning golf courses - many that begin and end with spectacular sunrises and sunsets - would find utmost satisfaction living here. More than 1,200 residences are dotted throughout the two and one-half miles of the Hammock Dunes resort and oceanfront property, along with the Club facilities and amenities, as well as its private beaches.

While membership fees are required to take advantage of the Club’s courses and amenities (and fees constitute equity in the Club), the Club fee is not required to be a resident of each of the separate Hammock Dunes neighborhoods.

Imagine catching the early sunrise at the beach just a few steps from your front porch, and then grabbing a golf cart to get your first game in before enjoying a leisurely breakfast at the Club. And this is just the beginning of your day.

With two championship golf courses to choose from, you can mix up the day, enjoying the unique courses of a Hammock Dunes golf experience. Tom Fazio’s Oceanfront Links Course is a private golf course for Club members and their guests. Enjoy 18 holes with 12 of them around water - three on the Atlantic Oceanfront.

Considered one of the most scenic oceanfront golf courses, take in the serene backdrop of blue skies, ocean, native flora, and fauna surrounding the green fairway. Because of the course’s spectacular views, it has been featured on Golf TV. TripAdvisor Review wrote, “It's difficult to tell which hole on this course should be the ‘signature hole’ at the Links because they are all so beautiful.” The Creek Course at Hammock Dunes Club is why Hammock Dunes is a coveted golf course community.

Well worth the Club’s private membership fee, this course blends gracefully with its surroundings, which consists of lush flora and views of the marsh, creek and forests of native oak and palms. The championship golf course with 7 tees and multiple sand traps was designed to make you feel at one with the natural surroundings to create a truly golf zen experience. No homes are allowed to be built on or near the golf course, and the only building is a tasteful, “low-country” clubhouse for dining and relaxation.

The Residences

Hammock Dunes’ real estate consists of just about every type of home you could imagine when enjoying a coastal lifestyle. There are condominiums on the oceanfront with envious views, as well as large, single-family estates that are only steps away from the sand and surf. Condominiums within the vicinity also have great views of the ocean and the Club.

Luxurious villas are abutting the Oceanfront Links Championship Golf Course, and if you’d like a lakeside or an Intracoastal home with a dock and slip for your boat, there are Hammock Dunes neighborhoods for each kind of experience. Since 1989, Hammock Dunes Club has been continually evolving to create one of the most elevated oceanfront golf retirement communities.

The Club’s high standards - there are dress codes - and core values of “stewardship, respect, customer service, community, integrity, and passion,” are reflected in all aspects of the club environment. From the fine dining experiences, sports courts, and fully equipped gyms, to the beaches and championship golf courses, the Club ensures the highest excellence and service all around. Combine this lifestyle with the affordability of Palm Coast, and you have a match made in retirement heaven.

Palm Coast was voted “Best Place to Retire” in 2022 by Retirement Living; the cost of living in Palm Coast is relatively low in comparison to many other places on the Atlantic Coast. JAX, Jacksonville’s International Airport, is just an hour’s drive from the Club.
